Today myself and my group went up to the art department to use the school's dark room to shoot the final pieces of our music video. The shots were of Kim singing as we did not have any of her singing the new song (so far the music video is only silent shots). Therefore with the footage we filmed today we would be able to fill up the whole timeline of the music video and bring a little more life to it.
Whilst filming we used a white background to brighten the mood of the video as so far what we have created is quite a sad and depressing video due to the song. We decided not to use a black bacground as it would make the video even more sad; i felt that with a white background along with Kim singing it would lift the viewers spirits more.
We spent about an hour in total, shooting from all possible angles to get the perfect picture. The faacilities provided also helped, with professional lights which really did help us a lot.
Whilst filming i was taking pictures to upload as evidence of our work, along with video's of practices and the actual clip which we would use in the final edit.
Once we had finished filming we filmed an evaluation of the session we had just finished on Eva's phone, with each one of us giving our thoughts abut the video and the make up used and the facilities provided for us.
